

Sky Ports signed an agreement with the Suez Canal Economic Zone to develop a 588-meter terminal at Ain Sokhna Port, alongside new East Port Said terminals.
Sky Ports is proud to announce the signing of a landmark agreement to develop and operate a multi-purpose terminal at El Sokhna Port.
The agreement was signed on the sidelines of the inauguration of new terminals at East Port Said, part of the Suez Canal Economic Zone, officiated by His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. The signing ceremony was attended by Lieutenant General Engineer Kamel El-Wazir, Deputy Prime Minister for Industrial Development and Minister of Transport and Industry; Mr. Walid Gamaleldin, Chairman of the General Authority for the Suez Canal Economic Zone; and Captain Ahmed Gamal, Vice Chairman of SCZONE for the South Sector. The agreement was signed by Mr. Tarek Hussein, Chairman of Sky Ports, a subsidiary of Sky Investments.
The agreement includes the development and operation of a 588-meter berth with a storage area of 250,000 square meters, fully integrated with Sky Ports' logistics zone at Sokhna. It also grants a license for immediate commencement of operations.
This agreement represents a strategic step that strengthens Sky Ports' role in supporting Egypt's port and logistics system.
